While the horses are excellently taken care for during the import process & shipping, the journey to their new destination can be long & include many changes. We specialize in settling the horses into this new environment after import from Iceland. TAMANGUR has developed a method for a smooth transition that helps them get adjusted to the States, regulating & monitoring the number of physical & mental impressions the horses face. Every load we bring over from Iceland helps us fine-tune our import board. We know that details matter: From a beneficial structure of their first days on Colorado soil, the exposure to new hay, vaccines & environmental factors to the most successful ways of going about introducing their riding routine & new sights.
